Lori Kallevig

Lori Kallevig, is an associate professor for the communication sciences and disorders department. She was first introduced to the department while establishing a community partnership with Olmsted Falls City School District and Baldwin Wallace. She then started as an adjunct faculty member within the BW Speech Clinic and transitioned into her full-time faculty position. Her primary focus is clinical supervision in the Baldwin Wallace Speech Clinic; she strives to provide individualized support to empower students as they grow into their profession. Kallevig comes to Baldwin Wallace with experience teaching at the graduate level and clinical experience in the public schools, non-profit organizations, specialized schools, skilled nursing facilities and private practice settings.

Kallevig has also served in leadership roles as a department lead, business owner, and coordinator of a network for local school-based speech language pathologists. Her clinical interests include augmentative/alternative communication, autism, apraxia of speech, early intervention, school-based therapy, and pediatric speech/language development.
